Knowing Curtis is going to be getting out of the military in about 1 year and a half has me thinking all the time about our future and what is in store for us. I started school just in time to be able to finish a month before his date to get out. Worked out perfectly! He will be taking EMT classes shortly so he prepared for the "real" world. Right now there is a part of me that want to go back up north, but then a part wants to stay here. My family is always telling me there are NO jobs up there, why leave a state that has better winters, and lower costs of living. I've always been close to my family so in my mind life would be less depressing if I was able to see them from time to time instead of just chatting on the phone. Going back to my 2012 post about trying to be positive, I am just going to say we will see what happens and where life takes us when the time comes.
I'm always adding and deleting things from my goals list. The three main goals I have for myself are: finish school with an awesome GPA, find a good paying job and a place for my kids to finally call home, and save money! I'm going to work hard at accomplishing these goals, and I know that with the suppport of family and friends I will succeed!

- Being a mother of three wonderful children has made me want to do more with my life than just staying home cooking, cleaning, and playing around on the computer. Coming to this realization has pushed me to go back to school to further my education. I am currently starting my third semester for my Associates degree in Medical Office Administration. I enjoy waking up every day knowing I am doing something to make a better future for my family. My time at school has been nothing more than amazing and I have my wonderful friends to thank for that. My husband and children are my strength, and without their support and help I wouldn't have been able to do this. I have a little job that I do to bring in some pocket change. I love being able to spread the word about Scentsy! I had no idea what scentsy was until my friend introduced me to it, and now I can't get enough! To me it doesn't matter about how much money I'm making right now, but the feeling of knowing I am helping my family is awesome even if it's only a little bit.
